Song of the Week!!!

This means one thing...... time for song of the week!!
This is the first song of the week for the blog so this week is.......

Vertigo - Mini Mansions ft Alex Turner:

What i love about this song is not only is Alex Turner but the chorus is amazing!! This song is very different to what Alex would normally sing... however i think this style of music actually really suits his voice.

Mini Mansions are a trio from Los Angeles. The band is made up off Zach Dawes, Tyler Parkford and Queens of the Stone Age bass guitarist Michael Shuman. The band was formed in 2009 after Queens of the Stone Age decided to take a break after touring as a support act. Mini Mansions new album The Great Pretenders Is now available.

Mime Time

Hey guys,
Everyone likes to sing or mime along in the car when they are driving, even if they don't admit it! Last month three girls posted a video onto Youtube miming along to Bohemian Rhapsody. Shae-Lee, Madison and Lana make up the trio which call themselves SketchShe. This video has had over 20 million views in under a month. This was the first video i watched of theirs and i though it was brilliant. I looked down there channel and saw that they have also posted a video of them miming to Baby Got Back which was posted in June. However their 'Bohemian Cardosy' video sent there views soaring. If you have no idea what i am talking about, check the video down bellow.

The Australian trio have done it again and made anther amazing video called Mime Through Time which was posted last week. This video includes songs from Elvis Presley, Nirvana, Miley Cyrus, Snoop Dog and many more artists. The video has over 18 million views in just over a week. Check out the video down below.......

What to expect on this blog

Hey guys!

I was thinking maybe to post maybe everyday I could update this blog, maybe about something i saw or happened that day? I will think of something.

I was also thinking that i could do a song of the week every Friday or something.

I will be posting mostly stuff about bands such as new music videos or albums. I will also be sharing when i update my story on Wattpad and whenever i post a video onto Youtube :)

Hi guys its Clarkey!

I have used blogspot before as part of my media coursework so i thought i would make my own blog :). This blog is going to be a mixture of everything such as music, new games, youtubers, internet sensations and cool stuff like that :).

5. I love the Arctic Monkeys a long with Catfish and the Battlement, You Me at Six and The 1975.
6. Youtube and editing videos is my life
7. Demi Lovato is my idol
8. My favourite colour is purple
9. I love DC comics (i do prefer the villains to the superhero)
10. I play a lot of xbox
